CRUIKSHANK TOWNHOUSES

Minimalist design for two townhouses in the beachside suburb of Port Melbourne. The design features glass on  the top floor to reflect the local heritage neighbourhood, slimline light Spanish brickwork on the ground floor,  and rooftop gardens with plants cascading over the facade. This design incorporates elements of the local  architecture and environment to create a unique and visually striking building. The use of glass on the top floor  allows for natural light to flood the interior spaces and also provides views of the surrounding area. The slimline  light Spanish brickwork on the ground floor adds a textural element to the design and references the historical  architecture of the local area. The rooftop gardens with plants cascading over the facade not only adds  greenery and beauty to the building, but also helps to blend it into the natural environment and create a  sense of harmony. Overall, this design aims to create a visually striking and unique building that is also in  harmony with its surroundings.
